First Saturday  of the Month -   
Beginning Beer Making  
In this class you will learn how to use all the equipment from the equipment kit.  Will pick a beer kit off the shelf and go over all the steps of that kit. 
By the time class is over ALL questions will be answered.  You will have the confidence to 
brew your 1st brew with confidence!

Second Saturday of the Month
Mead- Hard Cider- Country Wine
In this class you will learn the steps on how to make Mead, Hard Cider or Country Wine ( Any wine not made from grapes)
Will explain the equipment that will be used and the steps in putting it together.  You will be confident to make your first batch with confidence! 

Third & Fourth Saturday of January and February
DIY (Do It Your Self)  Recipe Formulation For All Levels
We are proud to announce
 A Four Part Series on the Basic Ingredients Of Beer.
Each class will be one hour long instruction on malt, water, hops, and yeast.
The student will be able to create a recipe for an all-grain batch, an extract batch or a partial mashed beer by the time they finish all four classes.

January 21  Malt

February 25 Yeast

Class starts at 9am sharp
